Where we ship
We ship worldwide with the exception of countries that our print partners or carriers cannot serve. At checkout you will see which delivery options are available for your address.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated per order from the shipping country and the type and number of items and are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Prices of goods include VAT; for deliveries within the EU shipping costs include VAT, too. Costs for other countries and for other product types differ and are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping depends on the product, selected size, destination and number of items. Checked example (one item, standard shipping to Germany, including VAT, October 24, 2026): Colorful Paper Village by River Poster, Matte, 25.4 × 20.32 cm — EUR 8.90 shipping. Other sizes, products and destinations may have different shipping costs. The amount shown in your cart and at checkout before payment applies to your order.
Different product types are produced and shipped separately by different print partners, so shipping costs are added up per product type. Free shipping on posters: if the poster items in your order total EUR 140 or more (value of the goods before any discount code), poster shipping is free to Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom and the United States. For some posters and destinations shipping is already free below this value; the cart and checkout show what applies to your order. Desk mats and other product types are not included in this offer.
Production and delivery times
- Production: each item is made to order, usually within 2–7 business days.
- Delivery: transit typically takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the print provider’s location and your country. The estimate for the total time from order to delivery is 7–21 business days. These are estimates, not binding delivery dates.
- Items in one order may come from different print providers and may arrive in several parcels at different times.
Tracking
When your parcel is shipped you receive an email with tracking information where the carrier offers it.
Customs, import VAT and duties
Some of our items are produced and shipped from outside the EU. For deliveries into the EU, import VAT and customs duties may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery. For orders to countries outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway) you are responsible for any import taxes, duties and fees charged by your country, and for customs delays. Please check the rules of your country before ordering.
Packaging compliance in Germany
In accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), all packaging for products shipped to Germany is covered under Printify’s registration with the LUCID Packaging Register (DE4139628009499).
