We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The EU online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued.
Product safety information (GPSR)
Our products are produced on demand by print partners of Printify. Name, address and, where applicable, the EU responsible person of the manufacturer of each product, together with safety and care information, are shown on the packaging or product label and are sent on request to burakbascishop@gmail.com (please quote the product number). Each product page also contains a section “Product safety and manufacturer information (GPSR)”.
