Description
Violinist Playing Among Embers is made to order as a framed poster.
A seated man wears a cream shirt and dark trousers, playing his violin with the bow. The oil-painting look keeps the edges soft, and the background fades into dark brown brushwork. Muted ochre and cream white frame his head and hands, which hold the centre of the image. The overall tone is hushed and inward.
Hang it in an entryway, where guests pass by on the way in. Place it at eye level so the violinist’s face and hands can be seen clearly from close up.
