Description
The desk mat edition of Steampunk Submarine Underwater City has a rubber base.
The composition puts the central tower and rounded submarine in the foreground, with pipes, gears and spires climbing behind them. Fish fill the lower edge, swimming through blue-teal water lit from above. The palette leans on deep green, pale aqua and metallic gold, with a muted glow that suits a shelf of books.
A study suits this piece because the gears, pipes and porthole reward a close look during reading or drawing breaks. Place it behind the desk or beside a shelf, where the lower fish border sits near eye level. Anyone who works from home will recognize the blend of brass and sea.
