Description
Choose the framed poster version of Runner Holding Ball, with acrylic glass.
The scene centres a running figure in a tall portrait frame, filling most of the space. Loose splashes of burnt orange, golden yellow and blue paint cross a pale grey wash behind him. The oil-painting finish shows thick strokes, and warm brown and charcoal grey shade the shorts and legs. That red top is the strongest colour, so the eye moves from the athlete to the white ball.
Hang it in the living room on a narrow wall, where the tall figure of the runner fits the space. The athlete’s forward lean gives the wall a sense of movement, so keep the area below it free of heavy furniture.
