Description
The canvas print edition of Robots in the Arena has a pine frame.
The digital illustration shows a man in a white shirt and dark suspenders, seen from behind as he sits at a console. Ahead lies a huge circular hall packed with spectators. Tall humanoid robots stand along both sides. Near-black charcoal and steel blue-gray fill most of the scene, while warm amber orange and silver-white pick out the beam falling from the ceiling onto the central stage.
The living room works well for this large, crowded scene. Hang it above a sofa with open wall space on each side, so the wide arena and the beam of light can be seen in full.
