Description

With a rubber base, Figure Walking Toward City Skyline is printed on a desk mat.

The scene shows one hooded figure on a raised walkway, heading toward tall, glowing skyscrapers. A large pale moon sits above the towers. Still water below reflects a glowing red horizon line, and thin vertical light streaks cross the cloudy sky. Deep navy and charcoal black dominate the frame.

The figure sits on the left third of the frame, so the eye lands on the bright skyline when it rests. Studio and home office are the rooms named for this piece. A desk in a studio gives the calm, lonely image a place during long sessions, and a gift for a creative colleague suits its moody tone.
