Description
The canvas print edition of Fan Palms in Desert Canyon has a pine frame.
Several fan palms rise from a boulder-strewn dry wash between towering canyon walls in burnt orange. Low olive shrubs sit at the lower left, and the sky glows golden yellow under low sun. Slate gray rocks and deep brown shadows add weight below, while the trunks stay bright against the cliffs.
An entryway fits this upright desert landscape, since the tall palms and canyon walls give a sense of calm as you pass through. Hang it on a narrow wall where the tall shape fits, so the palms have room to rise above the low shrubs.
